If your Windows 10 laptop has AMD Graphics drivers and after boot up Windows Logo, the blank screen persists for about one to two minute before login screen appears, you can fix the boot up problem as under: 1. Search for Regedit App 2. Right click the Regedit App and Run as Administrator 3. In the App, go to Edit menu, click Find 4. Search for Enableulps 5. Right Click Enableulps entry, click Modify 6. Set 0 instead of 1 in the Value data field 7. Save 8. Close Regedit App 9. Reboot the Laptop
